JUST LIKE HIS MOM

Eric loved to cook. His passion for cooking came straight from his mom. They would share recipes and talk about their love of preparing meals.

He often spoke about creating a website or blog all about preparing gourmet food for all kinds of outdoor adventures. Eric loved the challenge of coming up with great recipes for wilderness camping and even backpacking. He enjoyed surprising people with amazing food under the stars, out in the middle of nowhere.

Eric also loved to host events at his home. And when he did, he went all in. He saw first hand how Mary enjoyed all the preparations for her Thanksgiving feast. Eric took a page right out of her book when he started hosting Passover seders for his friends. It didn't matter that few of them were Jewish. Just like his mom, he'd make sure that all his guests had a memorable time.
