One look at Eric's bookshelf would tell you a lot about him. His interests ranged from auto repair to fishing to cooking to literature (even War and Peace).

And he was an avid photographer. Before we took this picture, these shelves were cluttered with his cameras and lenses. He took his Nikon DSLR everywhere with him: 100 miles out in the Pacific, the top of Mt. Whitney, Bishop, Israel, Hawaii, and even the royal wedding in London.
